O2 Sensor Connector Question. Is this the proper way? Code 45 won't clear!

This is a pic of the connector from the main harness on the passenger side of my 95 Discovery to the O2 sensor:

It is:
Harness / O2 sensor
White White
Black Black
Blue Red

I have tried to clear code "45" Lamba Sensor Right Bank and it will not work. So, I need to know whether my connectors have the wires in the right configuration.

It look correct, have you tested connectivity between the wires. As an Old Chief in the NAVY used to say, have you done a light bulb test. Any single strain of wire will show good Ohms, but will it break down under load.
