O.K. I fixed the coolant leak from the lower intake and the oil leaks around the rocker covers since they were part of the getting to the lower intake. I also fixed the coolant leak on the top hose were the plastic nut is in the middle and was cracked.... What is that for anyway????

Now after steam claning the engine I see that the front is leaking around the harmonic balancer...

How hard is this seal to replace?

That plastic nut is to help you bleed air from the coolant system.
Sounds like you get to replace the timing cover to correct that other leak, I haven't done one yet, can't help you with that, sorry.
How many miles on your truck, have you considered replacing the power steering lines and transmission lines yet? They can be a real problem, do them if you can.

There's about 130,000 miles on it. I've not thought about the high pressure lines.. Are the prone to problems?

Rovers are know for their engine fires caused from the flexiable pressure hoses.
