While backing up our relatively new LR3, a steel post jumped out and got right in the way of the right side tail light lens - CRACK. Anyone know how involved they are to replace and where I might find some instructions to replace it?

Thanks

The rear tailights are amazingly easy to take out and put in. Just buy a replacment, and do it yourself. It is only a few screws. I think I saw one on eBay a few days ago.

Yes, just visit your parts department and order the correct bit. No problem.

Just wanted to let you know that, according to LR, you cannot replace the lens assembly by itself. While in for routine service, I told them to replace the lens and they replaced the entire rear lamp assembly ($270 !&^*%*)
Moral: be careful of those things that jump out when you're backing up!!!!
