So, before I dive into this problem I thought I’d ask here for any wisdom/experience. ‘15 LR4 with 54K miles. Could she have gotten this at the car wash? Cleared it twice but it keeps popping up.

There is a TSB for O2 sensors having issues and it will diagram which location; bank 1 has 3 and bank 2 has 3. I had a similar 02 sensor code and bought a replacement, but it went away when I changed my pcv valve. Mine is a '16 with around 67k mi

I believe that code is for bank 1, sensor 1, which should be your pre-cat sensor up in the exhaust manifold if I’m not mistaken. If you’ve got the GAP tool or scanner that has similar functionality, you should be able to view live values on four of the six 02 sensors and see that one malfunctioning.

Thank you for that! After removing the plastic shield to facilitate LCA replacement yesterday I was able to reach up and feel the wires for bank 1 sensor 1. I also checked the fuse. The code references a heater circuit problem. So, can the IID tell me if I have power, ground and resistance? Looks like the connector is really difficult to reach.
