Parking Brake @ 75MPH!!

Before experiencing the e-brake problem, did those who experienced it use the e-brake a lot, sometimes, or never?

Before I had the problem that started this thread, I used the brake almost every time I parked the car for the month since we bought it. Maybe 100 times, always with the car stationary.

I have experienced the same shudder about 5 or 6 times. Same symptoms - driving at highway speeds. Requires coming to a full stop on the shoulder, then drive off. Sometimes it will re-occur within a few minutes, other times it does not.

Will have it checked at the next service interval (within a month) and will report back.
