a friend of mine is looking for a clear bug deflector for his P38A

Are there any available? if so where?
I've been searching and searching and haven't found anything....

is that because they don't make them?

Probably not around because they went out of style with the rest of the 80's fashion trends. For paint chip protection on the hood, one can look into the "clear bra" films as a modern alternative, although this may be difficult to install on the Range Rover hood with the stick-on "Range Rover" going across the front of it. Other than that part, many people really like the film.

Ok, aside from paint protection, is there an aerodynamic way to deflect bugs and stones from the wind shied? Preferrrably, one that is in keeping with the current production and fashion trends, because the old ones really worked. I notice that they are still available for every vehicle made, except for LR3's. What's up with that?
