Range rover 1997 TC question.

Hi guys i recently bought a Range Rover P38 2.5dse. I 've read before that they all have traction control till 1999 only on rear wheels and after that all wheels , but mine doesn't have the red indicator TC. How can i check if I have that option or I just have to swallow the bitterness of no such extra ? Thanks in advance.
