Hi

I have purshassed a Range Rover 2007 with Naviteq navigation system . The DVD only include Western europe Maps .
I searched for Morocco maps , but it doesnt exist .And also in the store of naviteq they doesnt include north africa maps .
I wonder if you know any way to unclude Morocco europe to its navigation system ( Maps conversion of Garmin , tomtom ..ect) , or I can use Garmin maps if it is compatible !!
Or we can use other GPS program on our navigator ( installing it) .

I would like to know if you have any idea .

Thank you

No Roads so ...

I think you have the same problem that the guys in Australia have or that we have here in Western Canada.

While there are roads, NAVTEQ does not recognize them as roads and hence, does not display them as roads.

The other problem is that NAVTEQ gets its map data from local government sources. That works fairly well in the Western World but not so good elsewhere.

Also in the Western World, we generally number our roads, and sometimes name them. For the most part, neither the numbers nor the names change very often with the passage of time or changes in Government.

And no, I do not think it is possible to take Garmin, TomTom, etc, data and convert it to the NAVTEQ format that Land Rover uses - and that is truly unfortunate for us where NAVTEQ does not have anything available for any amount of money.
