Hi to all. I have a 1991 Range Rover Classic (Hunter). I bought it in 2006 and it has been a fun car, beside the fact it has been parked for the whole year due to fuel pump. Recently I replaced the fuel pump and now I’m facing with new kinds of problem. My wife has been very sympathetic and patient with me in regard to this old clunker. I love the car but my patient is wearing. For every several hundred mile I put in (including lots off road) I end up with some problem. The latest problem is a transmission issue. When I’m on the road driving at around 4000 RPM and about 50 MPH, the automatic transmission doesn’t shift to the next suitable gear. The engine sound like it is going to blowup. If any one has any idea as to what might the problem be I sure can use some help. I like to think it could be some minor issue such as cable adjustment, transmission oil change, or the pressure system. Thanks.
