Hello everyone,

I have a Range Rover Sport 2008 and lately I have been noticing a very uncomfortable sulfur, rotten egg smell coming from underneath the car. Can anyone tell me what can this be related to? Is this a critical major problem that needs to fixed immediately?

Thank You

Welcome to the forum... sulfur smell is normally a cat converter issue... might be the fuel you are using.

I would take it to the dealer.

Sulphur smell

Yes this is a problem as it usually indicates a rich running engine, if it continues it will damage the catalysts. Normally the engine ECU would indicate a problem due to a miss etc, is the check engine light on?
