Rear gate creaking

I have owned my LR4 for a little over a year and am pleased with it. My only nagging issue is a creaking rear gate - it is going to be looked at for the 3rd time by the dealer on Wednesday. My question to the group is whether this is common in your experience and is it fixable. If so, what did you or your shop don to deal with it?

The creak occurs as the car moves across irregular surfaces and sounds like the latch.
