Well I think it is called an air dam, The obstructing part under the front bumper that holds the fog lights. I see some disco's out there w/out them and I was wondering if it was just bolt on out if it has to be cut. If I have to cut it then I will probably just get a bumper. Any help would be appreciated. Also does anyone have a good site for after market parts? 2000 disco. Joe
