Removing Metal Nudge Bar - replacing with A-Frame Proection Bar

I have the metal wraparound nudge bar (the OEM land rover one) on my LR3. I am going to replace it with the rubberized plastic black A-frame bar (also the OEM land rover one)

Any one know FOR SURE if the holes I had to drill in the bumper from the metal bar will be covered up by the A-Frame? Or if the holes are in similar spots?

where did you drill the holes for the nudge bar? If the location is the same as figure 4 in the following link, then yes they should be coverd
