You need to register. You then chose the type of subscription you would like. This is to get the same service procedures as your dealer uses. It is the official LR factory service manual, wiring diagrames, TSBs, etc. You will need to pay to use it, but it is fantatastic if you plan to work on your LR3 yourself.

Yes they did, it was part of the luxary package along with Adaptive Headlights...

Actually, no... it's not part of the Luxury Package, which consists of: Adaptive Headlights, Cold Climate Package & Center Cooler Box. It's just included on '06 HSE in North America. Without Luxury, you still get it.
