Replaced Expansion Tank and still Low Coolant Level

just replaced the tank today and the famous Low Coolant Level still there on the screen message. Anyone out here with the same problem. :help::help::help:

Did you purge the air out of the system?
I've done this in the bush by wrapping my hands around open main filling port and blowing into my hands- with the engine running...I know, I know.....caught crap from my friends but was able to drive on!

I tried your suggestion and still the same, looks like the floater stays in the bottom.

You got a bad one maybe.... Try lightly tapping on it to break it free.

Amazing, they've had these vehicles since 2005 and can't make a cork float.. LOL

The bottle was redesigned , but apparently floater was not. There has been a few reports with a bad new expansion tanks.
