Is there a good aftermarket metal replacement for cracked front skid plate?. See pic, i cracked this on a 2.5 foot snow berm and am looking to replace it with a nice metal aftermarket guard as i'm sure i'll crack another.

Thanks in advance.

Goole LR3 and Mantec Plate. Or Discovery 3 and Mantec Plate. Should pull up the info for the metal replacement.

British Pacific distributes this one from Rasta 4x4. I highly recommend them.

I have to agree on the BP skid plates, they work great and take a lot of pounding. Well worth the price of admission :)

I have the Rasta plates and they take a heck of a beating.

thanks, stupid question but does the Rasta plate bolt into the OEM screw holes and come with rubber vibration dampers?

Yes, no. No drilling, direct connections to existing inserts and frame tabs, no isolation dampners, but none needed on the front two skids in my opinion. I've added spacers to the rear plate due to proximity to the exhaust pipes, but that's all I had to do different. Well, I also replaced all the bolts with Grade 8 Hex bolts, but that's another story.
