I own 2000 Discovery II. The ABS/TC/HDC lights came on. The dealer read the code as "Rigth Front Wheel Speed Sensor. Eratic Stored". They cleared the code, but after a month it is back again. I think, I need to replace the speed sensor. Can anone tell me how difficult is this? I have seen sensor kits on eBay, but the repair manual says the sensor is part of the hub. Did anyone replaced only the sensor?

Thanks
Your help is really appreciated.

I beleive on the D2 you have to replace the entire hub if I recall correctly... I may be wrong on this. If it is the hud, then it will not be cheap.

I have got a '99 disco II on which the sensor only was replaced unfortunately I cannot tell you how difficult it was, but it took about 30 min including removal and replacement of front (right) wheel and I had no problems since

Call a parts store or a reputable dealer they sell just the sensor.
