Replacing head light switch on 97 disc

Can any one give me some guidance on how to remove the steering wheel on my 97 disco?
I have never removed one with an air bag-- and I need to replace the head light- switch. Any help would be appreciated.

welcome, you do not have to remove the steering wheel to replace a head light switch.

Just turn the steering wheel 90 deg to the right. Remove 2 screws from the switch. PULL, unplug 2 plugs... replace with new one... screw screws back in... done... 10 minutes of you time.
