Reseting Codes on D1

How do I reset the codes on my 95 D1?

I've replaced the O2 Sensors as indicated by the codes and now I would like to reset the code box.

This is what I found on another site and I don't know what the "Serial Link Mating Plug" is
and I don't want to fry anything delicate.

Here is how you clear codes once you've read them and addressed the faults:

1. Switch ignition on.
2. Disconnect serial link mating plug, wait 5 seconds, then reconnect.
3. Switch ignition off and wait for main relay (located under the passenger seat in Range Rovers) to drop out.
4. Switch ignition on. The display should now be reset. If there are other faults, the next one will be displayed. Otherwise the display will be black.

Hi Eric, what you found was right but on the 95 disco you might find that the plug they talk about is under the pass side dash near the side foot panel like on some 95 RR's, it's a white plug with little orange slide things on the side. To do it is easy, turn the Ign on wait for the relays to drop in (they go click after a second or two) then disconect the plug wait a short time (I count to thirty) then plug it back in, turn the Ign off, wait for the relays to drop out and try starting it to see if the light is out. You may have to do this a few times as a: there could be multiple codes stored in it and b: it doesn't always work as it should (well it is a LR)!!

I founfd that if I pull the fuel system fuse it resets the code box. I hope this OK.

In the mean time I've replaced the coolant sensor on the manifold and the two O2 sensors and reset the box unfortunately these two error codes seam to have had littlle to do with the fact that the car still starts reluctantly and runs poorly when hot.

Any thoughts? I'm getting no codes now and I'm at a loss and I can't keep buying parts that seem to make no difference.
