Hey Everyone....

I have seen here about taking out the ABS fuse to make breaking better on the Discovery 1.

Here is the silly question (not that this has happened on my truck), but if the ABS ECU dies on my truck, will the vehicle just behave as one without ABS? Would this be the same as removing the fuse?

Thanks.

If the ABS has issues on a Rover, you will apply the brake and will never stop.... it will feel like you just don't have brakes.

If you remove the 30 amps fuse under the hood you will not worry about the above ever happening.

I had almost hit several vehicles when my ABS started acting up. Pulled the fuse and brakes work everytime, and that was over 2 years ago if I recall correctly.
