Jeez man! I haven't had a problem with mine yet....if mine ever flies off, it'll give me an excuse to buy a new board

Going with the tall towers from thule that make the racks high above the roof of the car will really harm the poor aerodynamics the car already has. It will also create more wind noise. Going with the aerodynamic factory cross bars and factory land rover ski/snowboard racks will give the best results. They were designed for use on the car for great aerodymamics and fit.

You're driving a milktruck -- with the rack on (no matter what kind) it's a milktruck with a cage on the roof.

Go with something strong, and simple, and within your budget (probably in that order). Good luck with the factory roofrails, I hope those plastic pegs don't break off....
