spark in engine bay during ignition

when your turning the engine, a spark flys from the engine to the frame, this looks like a ground problem, does anyone know how to fix this?

on the D1 there is a grounding strap at the rear of the engine attached to the head, can't remember which side. Check to make sure yours is still there.
