Hi,
can anyone help me?
I have just finished building a 4wd. the motor I am using is a 3.9 discovery, late 94. I am running an auto, I am not running a speed sensor & when I dexcellerate & load up the torque converter the RPMs drop right off & the motor stalls.
Does the problem sound like the speed sensor? If so, is there a way of tricking the computer into think the speed sensor is conected

Speed sensor may be the issue, but I don't think so. Normally the speed sensor is to tell the ECU that you are going to fast and to tell the speedometer how fast you are going. Your issue sounds more like a fuel problem.
