Sporadic Stuck in Park

I have had the fuse problem before (no brake lights and won't shift out of park) but the past couple of days I have had a new problem with shifting out of park. I go to shift out of park, and the shifter won't move- I try moving it a couple of times, and it finally works. This doesn't happen every time I start the car and try to go- just randomly. Any ideas on what might be causing this? So far I have always been able to get it out of park- but I'm getting worried that I might not be so lucky in the future! Thanks!

Brake Switch is going bad... buy one before you can't shift, or remove the lock.
