Sport 4.2 Supercharged suspension knock

Can anyone tell me the current remedies for suspension knock,Just had my car back from main dealer who checked bushes etc and told me the suspension knock cannot be fixed?

I would try greasing the bushings.... probably the poly type and just pop.

Will take to a garage as no idea myself about cars and ask them to grease the bushes
