the sun roof isnt opening on my 97 range rover.It's got power ruinning to it, i pulled off the front ceiling light to get to the guts and it has power going to it. I hear and see the gears tryin to move to open the window , but to no avail. What should I do? Any help is appreciated.

Be happy it doesn't leak...
Ok that is one option, or you can probably spend the money are replace everything. The odds are some $3 part has broke, but sadly this part can not be purchased by itself and will require you to spend $300 on everything else to get it to work.
Keep in mind I love Rovers, but I hate their sunroofs... then again I hate Jaguar Sunroofs as well... must be a UK thing. Haven't played with German cars much yet.
