Suspension Question

I have a 2001 Land Rover Discovery SE7. The rear suspension seems very low. There is only about an inch between the wheel well and tire on each side. I would think it is a shock or airbag issue but I can't think as to why it is symmetrical. Does anyone have any ideas?

If you have the SLS option on your disco, the sensors could be off, or the pump may have gone bad.
