I have the machine shop working on the hinge. I can tell you that if the hinge passes my testing you will only have to drill one hole in your bumper cover. The stops, latch and the hinge are all in one...

Update

I am in NYC until the 17th. I plan on having a working and mounted prototype by the 23rd (fingers crossed). I will post pics once I get it completed as well as the installation process. Thanks

Update, I have all the pieces from the machine shop and started welding it up tonight...ran out of wire. I will have pictures posted tomorrow
