Hi
Am having to replace the radiator on my 2001 TD5; however, I've been told that the radiators now have been modified and the holes where the top hoses connect have been moulded closed with a pin-***** size hole to allow water through. Apparently it's to help the engine heat up quicker, but I just want to know if anyone else has had to replace a rad and has been told the same thing. It's a caravan-tug so will be working harder, and getting warmer, and don't want it to break down, or seize the engine.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.
