Switzerland and Sugarloaf are probably a good bet for something easy and non-nervewracking, but beautiful nonetheless.

Typically I go up Sunshine Canyon from Mapleton Hill in Boulder into Gold HIll. Keep going west from Gold Hill, several miles past that there will be a left for Switzerland. Go down that into ghost/revived town, can't remember the name, then pick up Sugarloaf. A couple ways to come out from there, into Boulder Canyon or up towards Ned.

Probably lots of traffic on a nice weekend like this one, just keep an eye out for oncoming traffic as there are a few places where it's one-vehicle wide. Lots of good vistas without any vertigo-inducing edge-of-the-road drops.

With No Snow on most the front range trails. I've been up as far as 10000 Ft and haven't been blocked off by snow. Most of the front range is dry and clear.
