What to Carry on Trips?

Hi All-

I'm trying to come up with a list of things i should carry in my 01 Discovery on trips when i will be "off the beaten path" for basic maintenance and fixes if something should go wrong. What do you guys carry with you? tools, fluids etc... Any info would be awesome.

I carry a gallon of anti-freeze (50-50 premixed) basic tools and plenty of water in case you get thirsty. A small shovel for bathroom breaks... toilet paper and a trash bag to remove trash you may take with you. Depending on how long and how many people are going things may grow from there. Always have a recovery strap (and someone in another vehicle or a winch or both). That is my bare minimum.
