When will 2013 LR4 be available?

Wondering when 2013 LR4's will be available her in U.S.? Looking at a few 2012's right now. Sales people say different things (i.e. "maybe December", "January", etc.). They say there should not be ANY change. I'm sure it won't be a huge change; however, I did find a Youtube video of a 2013 Discovery. The middle shifter was the pop-up rotating dial instead of a standard "stick". Will this be the same for the U.S., I'm assuming?

The ROW spec '12 LR4's had the pop up shifter and paddle shifting on steering wheel. The rumor is LR is returning to stick on the ROW trucks in '13. As for NAS, no idea. We'll probably get the leftover stock
