I put a Starlink Gen3 in the back of the LR4 and it worked when I was parked but once I started traveling the signal dropped. Gemini is telling me we have special glass that is blocking signal, I'm pretty sure if its nonsense. Has anyone tried using Starlink while driving around?
"Modern Land Rovers use specialized glass designed to keep the cabin cool and block UV rays. This glass is embedded with microscopic metallic oxide layers (often called athermal or infrared-reflective glass). To a high-frequency satellite transceiver, it is practically a solid sheet of metal. It reflects and scatters the radio signals, which is why your dish completely lost its GPS lock and satellite tracking."
