Fuel guage not working

The pc board on my fuel pump that controls the signal to the fuel guage is worn out. Anyone know where I can get a replacement pc board. Thanks for any info you can give.

I don't believe they are available by themselves.

Thanks Mike. May have to take a trip to the junk yard see if I can get one out of a junker.
