Pretty sure Halogen... the HID I believe came with the HSE. Now according to Autozone's website http://www.autozone.com/autozone/parts/2012-Land-Rover-LR4/Headlight/_/N-k5ox9Z9ci8c there are other options. I guess maybe that guy just wanted to charge me and arm and leg because he had to... -

First off, I have about 28,000 mi on my 2012 LR4 base. First thing is, I'm about go to in for an oil change at the dealer. I noticed my Left low beam light is out, so I have to find another one. I'd prefer to NOT buy it from the dealer because well, dealerships tend to be a bit more pricey on... -

At first I thought "well maybe they didn't know" but when I called and told him I went into LR with a Nav issue his first comment was..., that veh doesnt have Nav. I stopped him... -

yea, It should have but for me it didn't. I didn't know the difference in the wheels. I'll admit, I should have known more about what I was looking into but I didn't. If anything I guess it turns into an expensive lesson learned. -

Are you talking about just trading this in and getting what we want? When this issue came up about it being a base, I asked about it. I was told they would give me $42k for mine so I would be several thousand behind the game... I wish there was a way out of this. I may look into trying to sell... -

It's missing it all actually. I do take blame because we should have been more prepared to know what an HSE had. We just knew we wanted the nav and hse came with it, so we got it. I honestly didn't think to look at the other features because they didn't mean much to me (at the time). The dummy...
