    Persistent misfire under load only

Have you looked at fuel rail pressure or fuel trims? Under load only makes fuel delivery come to mind. Might check tsbs on that car as well. not sure what components might have changed in the new platform, and whether they might have had new issues pop up.

    Entire bank 2 misfire

most vvts you just pull them off and put 12v to them - see if they move (or click if enclosed). not sure if these have anything else that can go wrong with them. i haven’t had to mess with them yet.

    Entire bank 2 misfire

Fuel pressure shouldn’t affect one bank only. I’d be thinking the vvt or cam solenoid as someone else mentioned, or o2 sensor - except op said fuel trims look okay. Fuel trims checked after warm up I trust - if not, check again warmed up. The VVTs are oil pressure actuated as I understand...

    Troubleshooting coolant vacuum fill failure

The scv6 has a supercharger, no turbocharger. Superchargers are really dead simple. Just a big blower on top of the air intake run by a single belt off the engine, and it gives a very nice boost even at low RPMs. The only thing that complicates repairs is that the sc has an intercooler that...

    Troubleshooting coolant vacuum fill failure

I believe this car is designed to run at 220-230. I looked into the engine temps and t-stat specs before, and the V6 engine seems to run a thermostat that starts to open at around 204-207 and is not fully open until 228, (I think the older V8’s ran a cooler thermostat that starts to open...

    Troubleshooting coolant vacuum fill failure

Really sorry you are having this string of bad luck. Hope things start looking up for you. Not sure you should run the engine for the exhaust gas test with only 8 liters of coolant in the system (and a massive leak someplace). I’d probably do a compression or leak down test on each...

    Troubleshooting coolant vacuum fill failure

None of the seals you mention (intake manifold, PCV, intercooler/supercharger interface) will make any difference to your vacuum fill. Only the coolant lines and passages, which includes intercooler itself radiator, water pump, head gaskets, heater cores, etc. If it’s not your compressor, the...

    Fan and lean codes

Idle position - for sure it’s open some. Not sure what this electronic throttle does when it’s powered off. I assumed you needed ignition on to get it to open, but maybe not.

Smoke test, P0170 code and PCV

missed the smoke escaping from PCV. no, i don’t believe that’s normal. The way that valve works, it should be sealed along its perimeter by the pressure of the cap. If you’ve got smoke getting out under a pressurized smoke test, either the cap is not down tight or, more likely, the edge of...

    Fan and lean codes

Smoke test should be done engine off with the throttle plate opened (at least partly). Can’t smoke test with the engine running as all the smoke gets sucked down into the engine. To be clear - we’re talking about smoke testing the intake by sending smoke through one side of the intake under...

Smoke test, P0170 code and PCV

I still think the misfire was probably triggering the fuel trim code. I’m hoping your fix for the misfire also stops this code from popping up.

    Fan and lean codes

Bad MAF can give lean condition on both banks. There are two intakes/MAFs, but the air is combined at the throttle body, so the MAF readings are used together. If one is bad, it affects both banks. Look at the live values for the MAFs and see if they track each other at a few different...

Smoke test, P0170 code and PCV

I’m not 100% on this, but I think fuel trims are not very valuable readings during acceleration/deceleration, only cruising and idle. I believe the car goes into open loop fuel control, so not sure if you can discern anything from the fuel trim readings.

    Persistent misfire under load only

Combined short and long term fuel trim looks consistently positive at all RPMs tested, so it's running somewhat lean. Both banks are tracking the same, so the cause of the lean condition shouldn't be something bank/cylinder specific. Looks like at idle combined fuel trims are sitting at...

Also - track RPMs in the same graph.
