I am aware of the fiber coupler
bypassing the Bluetooth module. That has worked. Now the blinking radio power button has come back. I checked the fiber coupler and it looks fine.
Any suggestions to what to look at next.
Thank you!
Is there a cover that can be used to cover the hood. The clearcoat is peeling. Looking for alternative to fixing. I've seen trucks that have a black plastic cover on hood.
I have located the switch. I tried blowing out the connection and where the metal tab is. It looks like the u-shaped piece attached that goes in the latch area and presses on the switch. I can activate the switch by using a wooden dowel and the switch functions correctly, message goes away...
I am getting a bonnet open message where the bonnet is clearly closed. Can someone tell me exactly where to look for the switch to see if I can tell if there is an issue? Or any other ideas?
Thanks.
I have a 2005 LR3 that does not stay in Drive, it goes into Neutral. Has anyone heard of this? It feels like the shifter does not stay in Drive very well. Thanks.
While looking for a battery replqacement for a 2005 LR3 I found that the Interstae is the replacement. I called a few LR dealers to compare prices. I found it interesting that about half the dealers say it calls for a MTP-H8 while half called for a MTP-H7. Will either of these actually work...
I need to replace my battery in my 2005 LR3. I have replaced batteries before. Any issues in doing this myself? Does the 2005 LR3 have a radio code I need to enter? Any other information I need to replace the battery? Thank you.
2005 LR3 will not start. Battery light is a very dim green. No turning over. Many faults show up. It appears to be dead battery, it is 5-6 years old. Is jump starting ok?
