Try autocheck.com... MUCH more accurate and detailed than Carfax...
When looking for a vehicle for my son, the Carfax was clean... the Autocheck report showed two accidents including frame damage...
I got just under 200,000 miles on my 2005 before trading it in. Never had a single mechanical issue. It ran great and still got up to 21 mpg on the highway at times...
The only reason I traded it in was I wanted a newer one...
My back door will only open when you pull the lock along with the door handle. The handle alone won't open it. It will open, but it takes both hands to get out of the back seat.
Anybody had this issue and can offer a solution?

I ended up buying a really nice dash cover, not one of those cheap looking carpet ones. I've gotten lots of compliments on it and the interior stays cooler on hot days...
I had an issue with my NAV computer, clock and tripometer resetting...
Turned out it was nothing more than a loose negative battery cable...
I would double-check that...
Couple of other things I tried with my 2005 when I had it...
Disconnect the battery (both terminals) then clip the + and - cables (NOT THE BATTERY TERMINALS) together for about 10 minutes. This supposedly will reset your computer and driving habits. This actually worked for me...

Mine had it... it was a wheel on the lower side of the vertical of the seat.
I even had to have LR Austin replace the plastic wheel because it was broken during a repair...
