if that brake switch code is returning, I’d probably replace that first before doing anything else. Even if it’s working to turn the brake lights on, any jitter in that switch might be compromising the signal to the other modules. -

Since no one mentioned it, the viscous clutch solenoid on the engine fan is famous for making a ticking noise when it starts to go bad. There are videos demonstrating the sound around if you wanted to check that first. -

See if you can find fuel trims on your cheap scanner. Look at long term and short term for each bank at idle and at one or two higher rpm levels (in park, just hold the throttle as steady as you can). Won’t give you a firm diagnosis but will tell you if rich or lean and might help point you in... -

Did you just call and ask, or did he look. Wheel well liner would be my first thought. I can’t recall if there is insulation on the inside of the liner - if so and its missing, you wouldn’t be able to tell without removing the wheel well liner. -

Engine temperature sensors are designed to work when submerged in liquid (coolant). If it has no coolant left in it or you have a lot of air in the system, the temp sensors might not be registering an overheated condition. -

Assume from your post that the megafuse checks out. When you say no power at all, do you mean no power to the starter or no power to the whole car, i.e, if you turn on the ignition (without pressing the brake), you get dash lights etc or just nothing? -

Sounds like spark-knock/preignition to me as well. Any chance you disconnected the knock sensors when removing the supercharger? I hit one of the sensor connectors when i did mine. -

Fuel pump
It's possible they were reading the duty cycle. I believe the pump will run at about 45% at start-up when the system is calling for higher pressure (around 100 psi on the low pressure side). Once the car is running, I think that should drop to about 35% if I'm remembering correctly. If the... -

If the solenoid works, are you sure it’s not your brake switch that’s gone bad. Not sure what your symptoms are, but if the brake switch is bad, it will prevent the shifter from turning. -
Where does this line connect?
Loos like the breather for the front differential (in which case it doesn’t connect to anything else). I have the scv6, which has the breather in a slightly different position, so not 100% sure, but that’s what it looks like to me.
