    Mike I've done nothing t the u jonts, joey wetjer the trans is in 1,2,3 she still gradually squeks at 1500 rpms and then works it Way out , but like I said when foot is off of accelerater then does not squeks.

    I have a 98 disco, body has 177777, miles on it , motor I have no idea the previous owner must of found it thru a junkyard.. I did a complete head job on motor, with complete valve job... New: head gaskets, intake gaskets, valve cover, spark plug wires, exhaust manifold, and thermostat...

Full valve job on heads, new head gaskets, bolts torqued, new exhaust manifold gaskets, those bolts torqued as well.. new inatake gasket, intake bolts torqued S well... also new...

    I just found out what it was and where it went... It's the hoses for the cruise control... I also found outvthe three hoses where it connects are brittle and torn, so no wonder why my cruise control won't work... It's a 98 that one I had the head gasket blue it on... She's running fantastic

    Yes I do have machine shop already lined up already so that we can get the heads checked and possibly reshaved... The guy I bought it from put a different motor in that he got used from I'm sure junk yard, the tachometer says 177k, . So we shall hopefully not have anymore bad news when we get to...

    Yes mike I found the gaskwt set at the British site. Also my dad said to go ahead and replace head bolts as well..the kit from British comes with new head bolts so that awesome... Thatnk mike..

    Come to find out mike the head gasket is blown, what it is , is that she responds right away on the temperature gauge, and thermostat has been changed... When u start it pressure builds up right away for the coolant reservoir and keeps shooting.g out... So going to rip top end of motor off and...

    I have a 98 disco. With 177 k miles on it... I put a new breather five on from the throttle to the valve cover... Since I put a new one on, we think its getting to much pressure now and for about 60 Yards down the road it started smokeong down road white and then stopped... But need to find...
