Actuator hose placement

This is the goes that hooks on the actuator by the throttle, the hose goes from the actuator to where ???

I just found out what it was and where it went... It's the hoses for the cruise control... I also found outvthe three hoses where it connects are brittle and torn, so no wonder why my cruise control won't work... It's a 98 that one I had the head gasket blue it on... She's running fantastic
