11 mpg after 1 year of driving

Low Access Mode Question
Guys, Is it possible to keep the 2013 Lr4 in lower access mode, beyond the 30-35 mph threshold, after which it adjust to normal height. Just curious if you can keep the car "dumped"/lowered. I kinda love the look....;) -

On the non lux hse, equipped with the halogen lights, are the main headlights on the yellow side or more of a white? I understand they're non xenon, just curious how much of a yellow tint they have. Thanks!
