Waist seal / door channel removal?
Is there a way to remove the inner waist seal on the driver and passenger door by itself? This is the piece on the front doors that is actually pressed up against the glass. Not sure how it comes out or if the door panel needs to be removed first. Thanks. -

Not going to say who I ordered them from...yet. Two problems. One, the shock holes don't line up. Here's what I mean, if you look through the long 'tubed' hole, it should line up perfectly with the stamped hole on the other end of the shock mount. It doesn't, it's about 1/8-3/16" off. I could... -

Isn't oem 6.5" backspacing? Also, what are you going to do about the hub bore on those wheels? How about the poke out? Have you tested your turning clearance? -

Well you'd be going from a 6.5" backspace to a 6" backspace according to that wheels specs. So the inner rim will be a half inch further out (road side) than the original. The LR wheel is a 53 P (positive) offset. That's 53 mm from the centerline of the wheel to the mounting pad towards the roadside of the wheel (since it's a positive offset). Backspace is dependent on the width of the wheel. They're saying that it's 6 inches from the mounting pad to the inside... -

Front differential leak??
Where do you think this is coming from? I don't see any 'fresh' oil on the differential where the gasket is, but it's definitely on the skid plate. Every picture I've attached has some kind of oil on it. But the engine and everything else is clean and dry with no oil seeping. Can it be this... -

I don't mind loud, I mind drone. I won't do it if there's a drone at highway speed. I've heard there isn't. Is #8 a resonator or is it a muffler? By the way, very cool LR4. Love the sound.
