03 Electric cooling fan

Hello Everyone,

I was hoping someone could help. I just got my 03 Disco back from the dealer. I brought it in to have them checkout why my cooling fan continually runs. After about 10 minutes it will kick on and never shut off no matter what the temp is outside (with AC off). After 2 days investigating the problem the dealer said that this is how the cooling fan is supposed to operate for the 03 Disco only. Has any other 03 Disco owners run across this?

I don't recall my running all the time, but I'm going out for lunch and it's hot out, I will check it out.

I should also add the the temp always stays dead center.
