1st year for OBD II

Does anyone know the 1st year Land Rover started to use the OBD II plug in there cars?
I know some manufactures started in 94 and by 96 all had to have it in the US cars.

I have a 1995 Jaquar XJS... It has OBD II.
The Sticker under the hood and my reader confirms it.
