i have 03 disco, 100k very good shape
this morning my truck started out fine but i smell gas and the truck stalled.
i tried to restart the truck and nothing. i finally got it to run but stalled again and notice in the center under gas leaking quite abit. had it towel to a local mechanic to see whats at fault.

i dont think its a crank sensor since i replaced this sensor two years. i have never replace the fuel pump although i believe this is located in the fuel tank.
the smell was coming from the center and front and the leakage of gas was allot and then it stopped.

just wondering what could this be? never experience this in any car or truck.

With a gas leak... I would find the leak, you may just have a loose connection or something.

If you are leaking fuel, have them check it and get back to us with what they find along with an estimate so we can make sure you don't get screwed.
