After putting a used engine in my 2004 Range Rover (the used engine is good had good compression) however now it runs really rough. No codes as of yet, it runs like it has a misfire and it smells like its running rich. The left over fuel that is still in the vehicle which is barely anything at this point is very old (probably almost 2 years). Does anyone have any idea what it could be? does the computer maybe need to be reprogrammed even though the engine is out of the same vehicle?? Any inputs would be great.
