My LR4's camera system just stopped working the other day. I see very little information on my symptoms online. The main camera button does nothing, when put into reverse rear camera does not come on- all parking sensors seem to be working fine. Inside the display, the camera menu has no cameras present and cannot select the 'settings button'. I see no fault codes.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
From what I gather the camera module is located under the passenger seat- maybe I'll dig that out to look for damage. But other than that, I'm at a loss.
Thank you!

Disconnect your battery for a few minutes, and reconnect.

This was the first thing I did- figured I would try to reset the module. This did not help. My next step it to see if the camera module has power. Just would like confirmation the module is indeed under the passenger seat

If you have the proximity camera system, the module is under the driver's seat.
Single back up cameras doesn't have a module.

On the green 4 pin connector. You should have 12V on pin 4.
Looking into the connector, far right terminal.

Okay, I have 11.6 V on that pin. Next step try to source a replacement module ? Is this straight forward plug and play, or does it require programming to the car specifically?

The module does have to be reconfigured.
But, I've seen some that were plug and play.

Sorry. Check the ground too.

Probably internal short.
Side note. If the module was functioning correctly, but a camera was out. The touch screen would be blue.

Try to avoid probing the front of the terminal. The terminal pins can spread apart and have a poor connection.
