I drove the vehicle and it was running perfectly fine. I parked and it sat for about four days, one of the four days we had a really bad rain and hail storm. When I went to crank it, it would not start. Three days latter when I decided to have it towed it decided it would crank, although it was running, it was running very rough and was making a lot of noise as if there was no oil. So I took it to a local shop where there suggestion was to change the oil and put a better oil filter on it, what a joke! When I went to pick it up, it cranked right up and ran surprisingly better but as soon as I turned the a/c on it began to sputter and the check engine light began to blink for a couple of minuets until it became fully lit. The shop ran the check engine light code and said that it was a miss fire code and that there was something wrong with the electrical system and that they would try to track it down for $100.00 dollars an hour with no clue on how long it would take. Has any one ever had a problem of this sort, and if any one could please suggest my next move.

I would suggest cleaning the MAF sensor to start with, but this is a guess without knowing the codes it actually gave you.
