Good news! I have read so many postings of people with trouble with the three amigos (ABS/HDC/TC). When I started having problems, I thought I would have a big bill at the dealership repair shop. This saturday, an off-road event sponsored by the local LR dealership seems to have fixed it using it.

When I arrived at the off-road park the three amigos were burning. When we took the first hill, my Rover was the only one that had to be pulled up it. TC was not working.

As they were hooking the rope up to me, I switched off my ignition and recranked it. As I was being towed up the hill, the TC began working and worked the rest of the day. We put all of our Rovers thru the mill, even driving down a rockly (huge rocks) river bank and thru the river to a sand bar.

Today, one day later and miles later, the lights have not come back on. Using the system seems to have fixed it.

Re-call you mentioned

I did that. I was notified as soon as the recall was announced. That recall is history. More than likely my problem was caused by a relay in the TC system. In my line of work I have found that if contacts in a relay are not exercised regularly, the metal the contacts are made with can oxidize. It is the making and breaking of contacts which keep them clean. Better believe I am gonna exercise those contacts from now on.
